Terms
- Clients must contact artists first to set up an agreed arrangement for commission and payment.- After reaching an agreement with the idea of your commission you must make 50% down payment to the artist. Once the payment is done I will start with the sketch. (Payment is first!) This assures that both parties involve will stay true to the contract.- After the commissioned piece is complete, you, the client, must pay the remaining 50% to me via online payment.- Progress images will be sent. If you want changes you must tell me then. I do not accept revisions/changes after the final piece is sent.- Commissions can take 1-4 weeks to produce. I am a busy artist and this is not my first means of income. I also open lots of commission slots so if I don't get your commission done sooner than you'd like, please contact me to ask where your place is on the waiting list. I appreciate the patience.- No refunds are accepted after the commission is started.- Personal use is allowed, and use in non-commercial projects is allowed.- Commercial use increases the price (40%), inform me about your case and I will tell you if it is an acceptable commercial use or not.- Not allowed to use work for NFT or for AI algorithms.- I can share and publish the commission (with watermark) in different platforms for advertising purposes to promote myself as an artist and for my portfolio.- By contacting me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
